Payment Policy
We accept credit card payment through through the following, but do NOT process the transaction through our website. To protect both you, the buyer, and K-9 Reflections we do NOT have access to your credit card information by utilizing these secure transaction providers.

Billing Information & Privacy: Your credit card will be charged by Google. "GOOGLE * K9 Reflections " will appear by the charge on your credit card statement. To process your order, K-9 Reflections Dog Training will have access to your address, email, and phone number. Your phone number may be used in relation to your order, but will never be used to deliver unsolicited commercial messages to you. Learn more |

Upon completing your transaction, you will receive an automated email from K-9 Reflections with your Order Status, please check your email spam filter to ensure that you receive Order Status updates.
Your Order Status will remain as "Awaiting Fulfillment" while your moccasins are under construction, when your items are shipped you will receive an automated email with USPS Priority Mail Tracking Information.
Pricing, Availability and Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that all items shown on our website are available for immediate construction and the prices listed are the final prices. If the item that is shown is not currently available due to availability of leather or other supplies, we will update the product description with the expected availability or we will remove the item completely until it is again available.
Descriptions and product images are provided as accurately as possible, however leather color and grain varies significantly from hide to hide. We make every attempt to provide you with an accurate representation of the actual product by keeping our pictures and descriptions fresh and up to date.
We reserve the right to add, delete and modify the prices, product images, product descriptions and any other content of the website at any time.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment or within 24 hours of placing your order, whichever comes first. Please email Tony@K9Reflections.com or call 513-549-3641 to cancel your order, or use . Once an item has been shipped you will need to contact us for instructions on how to return your item(s).
