  Feeding Directions:
  
  Administer once daily during main feeding. If feeding twice per day, the dosage may be given in two half doses.
  
  

• Up to 30 lbs., give 1/2 wafer once daily*
  
  
• 31 lbs. to 60 lbs., give 1 wafer once daily*
  
  
• Over 60 lbs., give 2 wafers once daily*
  
  
  * Based on a single feeding per day
